Yin Yoga for Liver (40 min)

For this 40 min Yin journey we will focus on the Liver meridian. And as the Liver is paired with the Gallbladder we will also stimulate the energy lines of the Gallbladder meridian. The Liver is not only responsible for detoxification and smooth flow of Qi, it also plays an important part to help regulate and balance our emotions associated with anger, impatience, frustration, stress and insomnia. This practice will help to nourish the energy system that is supporting the function of our Liver so we feel more balanced, can adopt easier to change and are able to make good decisions with a clear and calm mind.
