Hi, I’m Miriam
Originally from Munich, my yoga journey began in Shanghai in 2007. As an E-RYT 500 with over 16 years of teaching experience across China, Singapore, Thailand, and Germany, I offer a diverse range of yoga styles to my students. My classes, taught in both German and English, are carefully planned and tailored to each individual’s needs. My strength as a teacher lies in my attention to detail, with a focus on precise instructions and adjustments to make poses effective. Whether through gentle practices like Yin and Back Care or dynamic sequences in Hatha and Vinyasa, I strive to create a supportive and inspiring environment.
Driven by a passion for holistic health, I also hold a certificate in Human Nutrition, which complements my commitment to overall well-being.
My love for yoga stems from its ability to bring balance, presence, and joy to my life, and I am dedicated to sharing this transformative practice with my students.
