Yin Yoga – Full Body Release (60 min)

For this Yin practice we will target the deep connective tissue (fascia) in different areas of the body to release tension and restriction in movement. The goal is to improve the range of motion and to feel more lightness in the body. And while we are working on opening the body up we will get to the bottom of why it is so important to stress and stimulate the fascia and how the fascia can affect your body in different ways.
